CubeSix Inks Deal with Maid Brigade
CubeSix Inc., developers of ServMan Software, recently finalized a deal to provide an enterprise-wide software solution for Maid Brigade Inc., a global residential cleaning service with over 400 professional cleaning locations in the US, Canada and Europe.
Originally Established in 1979, Maid Brigade has remained at the forefront of their industry, commanding a healthy and growing market share every year. In 1985 Maid Brigade relocated their headquarters to Atlanta, Georgia and began franchising their proven residential cleaning service model. Maid Brigade MIS Director, Raychel Leong-Sullins, reported that Maid Brigade was seeking new technology to enhance franchise management, and their national search brought them to CubeSix…"We were looking for a hybrid solution that would combine both a centralized data center approach and a distributed software model to provide local and national management support for our franchisees. ServMan Software was the perfect solution."
Maid Brigade will be migrating from their existing "MicroMaid" proprietary software to ServMan, which will enable each franchise to manage its customers with scheduling, production tracking, follow-up and customer quality assessment tools. In addition to franchise-level functionality, ServMan will provide a central database of overall production and marketing statistics for franchises, Maid Brigade's regions, and for the entire franchise network. ServMan will also manage franchise contract information, licensing and franchise fee assessments and billing, and provide national sales center functionality for franchise support.
