Vista Ridge Piloting ServMan Dealer Program
Demand for ServMan Software solutions has been rising exponentially. Part of Cube Six's strategy for handling this increased demand is to develop a network of certified dealers who can sell and deploy ServMan Software throughout the United States. While Cube Six has implemented dealer and referral progams in the past, this new program is the most comprehensive dealer in the company's history.
The ServMan dealer certification process is being developed through a pilot program using dealer candidate, Vista Ridge Business Services Inc., a management consulting firm located near Cube Six headquarters in North Carolina. In addition to becoming a certified ServMan dealer, Vista Ridge rounds out their company's offerings with consulting services for Project Management, Mobile and GPS Solutions, Organizational and Performance Improvement.
Vista Ridge was founded by Richard Weiner and David Scholl. Together, they have many years of experience dealing with technology related business solutions. Vista Ridge built upon the premise that many business owners started up because they are good at what they do. However, business owners are usually not as proficient with office technology and are in need of a general consult to evaluate the operation. Vista Ridge works with the owners to fill the technology void and integrate technology into the back office operations.
Vista Ridge personnel have been going through a certification program which has exposed them to all facets of the ServMan sales and installation process including data conversion, workflow analysis, report development and user training. This pilot program will help Cube Six develop a standardized certification program for other companies interested in becoming ServMan dealers.
