ServMan's Auto-Route Module allows you to automatically create and optimize routes from your unassigned orders based on employee skill sets, time-to service, driving times, and customer preferences. This powerful tool increases worker productivity and reduces driving expenses. Here are a few of Auto- Route's features.

• Assign skill levels to work-types, place multiple work types on orders.
• Assign skill levels to employees. You can optionally place expiration dates on skill levels to assure an employee's required certification hasn't expired.
• Assign default "time-to-service" values on work-types. If necessary, these times can be over-ridden on the work order.
• Geo-coding for work-orders. Latitude and Longitude coordinates are automatically obtained and associated with the work order. This allows service addresses to be different from the parent or location account. Geocoding the work-order speeds the auto-routing process.
• Optimize routes starting from either the office or employee's home address.
• "Feed" orders to the optimization module from the ServMan unscheduled orders window. This allows virtually limitless filtering on orders to be optimized.
• Preview routes in an editable listing or graphically prior to committing to the schedule.
• Our proprietary routing Algorithm includes an editable efficiency factor as well as time-to-service and drive times when building routes.
• Assign a customer service window to work orders for auto-scheduling from an unlimited number of user-configurable service codes.
