ROI Services Joins ServMan Dealer Network

Cube Six is pleased to introduce ROI Services, LLC as the newest member of our authorized dealer network.  ROI Services was formed in 2003 and is located in Danielson, Connecticut.  Under the direction of company principal, Sandra Coolidge, ROI Services will be focusing its marketing efforts to develop ServMan clients within the communications industry nationally. 

Ms. Coolidge has been a software systems consultant for Motorola and Kenwood dealers for many years.  ROI Services previously represented a competitor's software solution in this market segment, but Sandra learned about Cube Six during a post-acquisition system transition to ServMan by one of her clients.  "I was very impressed with the features and flexibility that the ServMan Enterprise Software Solution offers," said Coolidge.  "After carefully assessing ServMan software and the programming and support staff at Cube Six, I decided it was the perfect solution to offer my clients."  

Sandra's deep knowledge of specialized workflow management needs in the communications industry uniquely qualifies ROI Services for this role in the ServMan Dealer network.  Sandra spent four years as office manager for a Motorola authorized sales and service center, and she has been supporting Motorola dealers as their software systems consultant for many years.  ROI Services has already completed two successful ServMan installations, and Sandra had this to say about the experience, "Working together with the Cube Six team makes the transition to ServMan from the older Motorola specialized software systems a smooth and simple process."

Sandra and her ROI Services company will be the communications equipment channel specialist among ServMan dealers and will focus on Motorola and Kenwood radio equipment dealer accounts.  As part of her responsibilities Sandra is currently assisting with the development of a Motorola Online Configurator as well as Impact21 uploads, which are unique ServMan features for this channel.
