ServMan Boot Camp Announced

Many of our clients have expressed the desire to receive concentrated training in the ServMan application without the interruptions of daily office life. Our solution; ServMan Boot Camp!

ServMan Boot Camp provides the opportunity to spend a weekend at the ServMan training center in Matthews, NC where a small group of users (no more than five) receive personalized, hands-on instruction to maximize their knowledge of ServMan. Whether you are new to ServMan or have been using the software for a while our weekend Boot Camp may be just right for you. Imagine being able to get away from your office and dedicate yourself for two and a half days to receive personal training on one of the most feature rich software packages available.

You will learn ServMan’s most efficient work flows, receive direct exposure to time saving tips and shortcuts, and get personal experience with ServMan’s newest features. After the Boot Camp you will return to your company with a stronger understanding of how to maximize ServMan for your business and a better ability to supervise the ServMan users throughout your organization.

Topics planned for these Boot Camps include:

  • Order processing work flow from taking the phone call through scheduling, invoicing and collecting payment
  • Installation project management including job costing and inventory control
  • Time Tracking and managing payroll
  • Accounting review for best practices in AR and AP
  • Sales and marketing management

The cost of the Boot Camp is $499 per person. Travel and accommodations are not included. ServMan Boot Camps are currently scheduled for the November 11 – 13, 2011 and December 16 – 18, 2011. Additional dates will be added for 2012. The groups are intentionally kept small so that you will have the opportunity to ask questions on other topics as well.
