ServMan is designed specifically for the service industry and can be custom tailored to fit your unique business requirements. What is an ERP solution?

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems integrate internal and external management information across an entire organization, including finance/accounting, manufacturing, sales and service, customer relationship management, etc.  ERP systems automate this activity with an integrated software application by providing a common user interface and expansive database that can be shared and accessed across all of its various components.   Without this common interface and database, management of a company’s information can be extremely complex as data must be manually keyed to multiple separate applications, or complex interfaces must be constructed and maintained between different applications to synchronize information across a variety of platforms.   Many organizations have managed their businesses in this manner, by integrating disparate applications at significant cost, only to yield mediocre results.   To truly qualify as an ERP system an application must first have robust enough features to “touch” all aspects of a business.  Secondly, understanding that no software application can predict all of an organization’s requirements, the system must provide the tools necessary to adapt to an organizations unique and changing environment.   ServMan meets this definition.
