Item print flags

ServMan uses print flags to determine what information prints on detail lines for items on orders, invoices, quotes, and purchase orders. There are eight (8) core print flags; however, support for custom print flags is available if needed. Contact ServMan Customer Care should you need a custom print flag.

The core print flags are:

• Y or blank: prints the item number, description, quantity, price, unit of measure, and extended
• N: the item is not printed
• D: only the description is printed; this is the description from detail line not from the item
• S: prints a subtotal line that totals all of the extended amounts above the line since the last S print flag
• R: default print flag for all flat rate items; behaves the same as Y
• F: default print flag for all flat rate components; behaves the same as Y
• H: default print flag for a template item; behaves the same as Y
• T: default print flag for a template component, behaves the same as Y
