We started with ServMan Software in 2013 and before that we were using QuickBooks and what a difference between the two. At first I just wanted to go back to QuickBooks because it was very easy to use. I am so glad that we hung in there with ServMan. The data that we put into the software is giving us great reports that we are making use of, so much more than what we ever got out of QuickBooks.
ServMan has a very helpful group of people in their customer service department and they keep improving it. If I have a software problem or question I only make one call to ServMan, I don’t have to go through the finger pointing game of that’s not my problem.
We are currently using one mobile tablet and will be launching more shortly.
We just signed up to use Fleetmatics in ServMan, can’t wait to get that up and going.
Investing the time into a software change over is not fun and not easy when we still have our daily tasks to do.
I am glad that we made the change to ServMan.
