Rob Webster – President
Rob is an IT and management professional with over twenty years experience managing and growing technology companies. In his role as a technology and workflow consultant he has worked with hundreds of companies across a wide range of industries to reduce cost and increase productivity. This experience has proven invaluable in product design and market positioning for the ServMan product. Rob holds numerous technical certifications with Novel, Citrix, Microsoft, SCO Unix, and others.
Larry Harding – Vice President of Engineering
Larry is the principal architect of the ServMan application. He continues to work hands-on in the continued development of the product. He has developed solutions for some of the most successful manufacturing and service organizations in the country, including Charlotte-based Radiator Specialty Company’s fully integrated enterprise and accounting solution, and Swisher International’s SHINE franchise enterprise management software. Larry is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. in Computer Science.
Bill Loelius – Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Bill oversees ServMan sales and marketing functions and he actively participates in client workflow design and consulting during ServMan installations. His background includes 23 years with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he was responsible for managing D&B operations in the Carolinas and providing consulting services to D&B clients. He was also previously active as a principal partner in Receivables Outsource Solutions LLC, an accounts receivable management and revenue cycle consulting company headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC. Bill holds BBA and MBA degrees from Montreat College, and he has served as an adjunct professor of business at Strayer University and the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Angie York – Director of Customer Operations
Angie has over 20 years of experience working in the Construction and Service ERP software industry, including extensive hands on experience in support and programming. While specializing in process development and refinement for Customer Service and Support as well as Professional Services, Angie has proven success leading and developing highly successful customer oriented teams. Angie is responsible for growing and overseeing ServMan’s customer operations, including the channel partner network and supporting infrastructure. Angie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Computer Science, a concentration in Business, and a Minor in Mathematics.
Ralph Warner – Director of Mobile Development
Ralph is the senior architect of ServMan Mobile and a senior developer of the ServMan application. Ralph’s background includes a senior architect role in the development of SoDeog Technologies’ SyncTalk application. SyncTalk allows device to device information exchange between all major mobile device operating systems including Palm, Pocket PC, Epoc, AutoPC, and Windows. Ralph graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, Easton, PA.
John Mikita – Director of APPAA Development
John is the senior architect of APPAA and EDI ServMan Modules. John is responsible for client notification modules in ServMan and telephony integration and is knowledgeable in programming languages C#, C++, LC, SQL and Crystal. John graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Salem International University, Salem, WV and a M.S. in Computer Science from The University of North Carolina Greensboro, Greensboro, NC.
