Every time you submit a request to our Support department, either by email or phone, we assign an order number to it. We save all relevant screen shots, emails and internal notes under that number in our system. That order number is our key to efficiently monitoring and resolving your issue.
When you submit a request via email you should receive an email response back with that order number. When you phone in a request our support rep should provide that number to you before you get off the phone. (If not please ask for it.) Please train your staff to provide that number whenever they inquire on, or provide additional information about an issue. Doing so will help us respond to you and resolve your ServMan issues more efficiently.
