When you first started with ServMan, or implemented ServMan Mobile, our dedicated project manager or trainer spent time with your staff to correctly configure Order Status codes to meet your needs. Over time your needs may have changed. Sometimes when that happens the tendency is to modify the Order Status codes on your own. DON’T DO IT!
