Standard support hours are defined as ServMan business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Time.
All calls received outside of our standard support hours are processed by our answering service. Your options for reaching the after-hours technician on call are communicated by the greeting message when you place the call.
We also have a fail-safe mechanism in place for those rare instances where we experience a local phone outage. If you call during the standard support hours and there is a phone outage, your call will go directly to the answering service. You can describe your issue to the operator and an email will be sent to our support department for handling.
These processes ensure that you can always reach a live person to report your support needs to ServMan.
